• Tax planning in transactions:
  Advice at all stages of a transaction (private equity and increases in capital, mergers and acquisitions, raising capital, external growth, etc.) as a legal advisor to the various stakeholders involved in such transactions (investors, sellers/buyers, management)
• Corporate Tax/VAT :
  More general day-to-day tax issues for corporations in France or with cross-border implications (Corporate Tax/VAT)
• Wealth and individual taxation:
  Assistance to resident and non-residents on wealth and personal tax issues (taxation of remuneration and profit-sharing, impatriation of non-residents, wealth structuring, estate planning, etc…)
• Representation of stakeholders in their relations with tax authorities during tax audits and litigation procedures. Upstream, providing advice prior to an audit, and subsequently in proceedings against the the tax authorities
• Fiscal monitoring of companies and groups of companies:
  Assistance in determining annual tax results, tax planning of M&A operations, securing tax credits, compliance and monitoring of tax consolidation groups.
